Florida Bureau of Administrative Reviews (BAR Offices)

The Bureau of Administrative Reviews is a division of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) that handles administrative suspensions of driver’s licenses. The BAR Office conducts hearings to determine whether license suspensions should be invalidated or sustained and can issue hardship licenses.
