Pinellas County Criminal Court Locations

Felony and misdemeanor criminal cases are handled at the Pinellas County Justice Center located on 49th Street in Clearwater next to the Pinellas County jail. A few criminal misdemeanor traffic cases and traffic citations are handled at the North County Traffic Court location on US 19. That Courthouse is scheduled to be transferred to the 49th Street location once new construction is completed.
