Pinellas County Criminal Court Locations
Felony and misdemeanor criminal cases are handled at the Pinellas County Justice Center located on 49th Street in Clearwater next to the Pinellas County jail. A few criminal misdemeanor traffic cases and traffic citations are handled at the North County Traffic Court location on US 19. That Courthouse is scheduled to be transferred to the 49th Street location once new construction is completed.

Courtrooms in the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Pinellas County)
The vast majority of criminal Courtrooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the main Criminal Justice Center located on 49th Street in Clearwater.
- County Criminal and Family Law Courtrooms are primarily located on the 3rd floor and marked as Courtrooms 11 through 22.
- Felony Criminal Courtrooms are primarily located on the 4th floor and marked as Courtrooms 1 through 10.
- Specialized Courtrooms for grand juries, 1st appearance (advisories) are located on the 4th and 1st floor of the Courthouse; court personnel and security can assist in guiding you.
- There is 1 courtroom for misdemeanor criminal traffic court cases if your case is assigned to the North County Traffic Court.
